1.1 Scope: Topupshopper.store is an online shopping platform offering handmade breads, cakes, pastries, and other baked goods for display, ordering, and delivery.

1.2 Account Registration & Facebook Login: You may login via Facebook to enhance experience. You must be 18+ or under supervision. By logging in, you authorize access to your public profile. Any activity on your account is your responsibility. Notify us immediately if unauthorized use is detected.

1.3 Termination: We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or disruptions without prior notice.

Section II — Product Information and Ordering

2.1 Product Presentation and Variations: Baked goods are artisanal; appearance may differ from photos. Descriptions are for reference only.

2.2 Pricing: We may change prices/promotions at any time without notice. Prices for confirmed orders are locked unless a pricing error occurs; we may cancel such orders and refund.

2.3 Order Confirmation: After payment, you’ll receive a confirmation. This does not fulfill the contract; production/ingredient constraints may lead us to cancel orders and refund within 24 hours of payment.

3.1 Allergen Disclosure: Our baking environment may contain common allergens. We cannot guarantee allergen-free products. Liability is limited; consult support if you have severe allergies.

3.2 Safety and Shelf Life: Follow packaging for storage. We are not responsible for spoilage due to improper storage.

6.2 Reviews: Submitting reviews grants a perpetual, worldwide license to display/use content. No defamatory or abusive content.
